Tiffany was admitted to practice in 2016 in Trinidad and Tobago and is an Associate in the Property and Estates Department having joined the firm in 2023.
Prior to her entry in the firm, Tiffany worked as an Instructing Attorney-at-Law for a period of six (6) years at the Office of the Attorney General in the Chief State Solicitor’s Department representing the state in various constitutional and civil legal proceedings as well as gaining experience in child advocacy, contracts, conveyancing and the administration of estates.
At present, she assists in and takes conduct of property transactions including drafting and completing Agreements for Sale and title documents under the common law and Registered System of landholdings among which include Conveyances/Transfers, Assignments, Gifts Mortgages, Releases, Memoranda of Discharge, Chattel Mortgages, Mortgage Bills of Sale and any other title document incidental to a conveyancing transaction, Wills and the Administration of Estates.
