John Paul joined the Dispute Resolution Department as an Associate in May 2016 having successfully completed his 6 months’ attachment with the Firm. He practices primarily as a civil litigator, appearing as an Instructing Attorney before the Civil Courts. His experience includes researching the law and preparing legal opinions in relation to a wide range of contentious civil matters as well as drafting pleadings, preparing procedural documents and evidence. He also appears at Case Management Conferences, Pre-Trial Reviews, Trials and other interim hearings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and commercial arbitrations.
His non-contentious portfolio includes the preparation of wills and applications for grants of representation as well as advising on estate planning.
