Karen is part of the Property and Estates Department having joined the Firm in April 2019 bringing with her experience in the following areas:
• Real estate transactions including the sale and purchase of real estate in this jurisdiction by citizens of Trinidad and Tobago and also non-nationals, mortgages, debentures, sale and purchase of the share capital of companies; and
• Estate matters including applications for grants of letters of administration and grants of probate and advising on the administration of estates
